The U.S. Department of Education, which funds the NFLRC, requests evidence of the impact of the NFLRC's work in an annual report that is used to make decisions on future funding. The work that you have carried out related to what you learned in an NFLRC institute is an important part of this impact.

Please take a few minutes to tell us about presentations, publications, assessment instruments developed, and research you have completed that relates to information you learned at an NFLRC institute. The activities you describe need to have taken place (or will take place) in the period of April 15, 2004 to April 14, 2005.

To be part of our annual report, we need your input by April 5th, at the latest. Earlier submissions are very helpful. Thank you!
